A Pol\u00edcia Federal deflagrou hoje, a opera\u00e7\u00e3o para cumprir mandado de busca e apreens\u00e3o, requerido pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico Eleitoral com o objetivo de investigar crimes eleitorais de desinforma\u00e7\u00e3o majorado, cal\u00fania e inj\u00faria em V\u00e1rzea Grande.
\nO mandado foi deferido pela justi\u00e7a eleitoral ap\u00f3s o MPE receber not\u00edcia crime de compartilhamento de not\u00edcias falsas (fake news) atrav\u00e9s por redes sociais.<\/p>\n

As investiga\u00e7\u00f5es prosseguem a fim de identificar outros envolvidos nas infra\u00e7\u00f5es criminais eleitorais que ensejaram a expedi\u00e7\u00e3o do mandado. Ainda n\u00e3o foi informado contra qual candidato \u00e9 feita a fake news e cal\u00fania.<\/p>\n

Ontem, em Rondon\u00f3polis, conforme S\u00f3 Not\u00edcias informou, a Pol\u00edcia Federal e a Pol\u00edcia Civil apreenderam<\/a>, por ordem judicial, v\u00e1rios aparelhos de celular e chips de envolvidos em denuncia\u00e7\u00e3o caluniosa e fake news contra o governador Mauro Mendes e seus familiares.<\/p>\n
