A vota\u00e7\u00e3o simb\u00f3lica para escolha do ministro foi realizada durante sess\u00e3o do tribunal.<\/p>\n<p>A elei\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 uma formalidade de praxe que \u00e9 feita pelo TSE. Atualmente, Alexandre de Moraes ocupa o cargo de vice-presidente. Em agosto, com a sa\u00edda de Edson Fachin, atual presidente, Moraes passar\u00e1 a presidir a Corte Eleitoral e comandar\u00e1 a organiza\u00e7\u00e3o as elei\u00e7\u00f5es de outubro.<\/p>\n<p>O novo vice-presidente ser\u00e1 o ministro Ricardo Lewandowski.
