A not\u00edcia foi confirmada por Lisa Lucas, filha de um dos integrantes dos Mtume, nas redes sociais. “Que perda. Que tristeza. Descansa em paz tio Mtume”, escreveu no Twitter.<\/p>\n

Pianista e percussionista desde a adolesc\u00eancia, Mtume fica na mem\u00f3ria como um nome ic\u00f4nico do jazz. O m\u00fasico consolidou a sua carreira ao lado de grandes artistas como Duke Ellington e Miles Davis.<\/p>\n

A causa da sua morte n\u00e3o foi revelada.<\/p>\n
