\u00a0(UOL\/FOLHAPRESS) – O Alt\u00e9tico-MG fez um novo acordo com a Multiplan para vender 25% de um shopping localizado na Regi\u00e3o Centro-Sul de Belo Horizonte. O clube mineiro vai receber R$ 170 milh\u00f5es pela opera\u00e7\u00e3o. A informa\u00e7\u00e3o foi divulgada pela R\u00e1dio Itatiaia e confirmada pela reportagem.<\/p>\n

A Multiplan desistiu de pagar R$ 340 milh\u00f5es pelos 49,9% que o Atl\u00e9tico ainda det\u00e9m do shopping.<\/p>\n

Com o novo acordo, o Galo manter\u00e1 24,9% do empreendimento comercial. O desejo \u00e9 negociar o restante tamb\u00e9m por R$ 170 milh\u00f5es.<\/p>\n

O Atl\u00e9tico-MG vendeu a primeira metade do shopping em 2017, para iniciar a constru\u00e7\u00e3o da Arena MRV.<\/p>\n

O clube alvinegro vai usar o dinheiro para quitar d\u00edvidas com bancos, agentes e outros clubes.<\/p>\n
